Special Access Donor Listing These units are ideal for the following situations: a) Second pregnancy with same donor b) Particular cultural or religious needs c) For clients looking to match specific physical characteristics Note: Donor Sperm Special Access Program (DSSAP) Application Fee is $175.00 (Xytex only) $350.00 (international). Please allow 6-8 weeks for authorization. Note: Although the utmost care has been taken in the storage of the DSSAP units and no quality issues are anticipated, they do not fall within the criteria of Xytex standard guarantee policy. All DSSAP units are non-refundable.
